I loved the original Benchlink software! It was intuitive, simple and best of all, you didn't have to buy a software license after you just spent thousands of dollars on instruments to use it with.
It's fantastic in an Engineering lab environment where a dozen thermocouples need to be monitored along with some voltages and put into an easy to export format.
I have used Benchlink 3 and Pro, and they are much less user friendly. I guess it's in the name of progress, but everything I have ever needed is in version 1.
I found this page while looking for a way to download the old software and avoid using the current release that is being forced upon us. Looks like I may have to buy a disk through eBay. So sad to see a great tool ruined just to squeeze a few extra dollars from their customers.
